PORTFOLIO BY JOHN MARTIN 1981-1987  Concocted 6 books of collage, that I call "Book Of Ideas"

1984-987 Was resident percussionist in the pop band "Primal Scream".

1990-1994 Created Pop-Art pieces of mixed media and exhibited in the
Arches, Queen Margaret uni., Royal concert hall, Haggs castle and the C.C.A.

1993-1997 Started making short film shots on the streets of Glasgow. Organized film shows to showcase these with one"Goepussy" being aired on channel 4: other titles were "Killer Elvis" "The Top Twenty"
"The Borne Losers"  and "Black An White Journey"

1995-1999 Concentrated mostly on photography, specializing in polychrome dyed photographs, that culminated in an exhibition at
"The Glasgow Film And Studio Workshop" This was a solo show and quite a success. Recently I have designed a poster of one of my photos for a organization in Glasgow called "Bulkhead".
