See Picture. Looking for info

I have the same lithograph. My mother's oldest sister gave this framed picture to her and my father when they married July 31, 1938. I know nothing about the artist but am sentimentally attached to the picture. (Oklahoma, USA)

I did find out that it was made into a puzzle by Perfectpicturepuzzle.com. That company is now defunct. And the name of the picture is 2 names, same picture. Dewy Morning and Morning Fragrance. Thank you for having a site for us to look at things like this and answering me back. John Rhode
