Contact me if you got info on this Scottish artist, educated at The Royal College of Art.

I have come across a watercolour landscape signed " Angus
Ross ARSA". The signature is in capitals, almost italic in style. The
picture itself is about 9" x 7" and is a moor/mountain scene. On the
reverse of the picture is the note, presumably by an owner, "Yes Tor,
Dartmoor?" For myself it could also be Bennachie near Inverurie, which you
may know has a distinctive flat top.

Any observations would be appreciated.
