B.wallinger

My grandad had 2 paintings by B.Wallinger featuring Ullswater,these would appear to be painted on wood and are still in the family today(and displayed), as I am 53, I suspect the age of these to be in excess of 60 years old.
I am very interested to discover more about this artist,if anybody could offer any back ground information I would be pleased to receive it and would relay this on to my unclewho owns the works.All I have managed to find seems to suggest that he was fairly prolific and had alove of lochs and lakeland scenes.
